Shipping policy

All orders are shipped with the option you choose: Canada Post, Canpar, Fedex, Purlator, UPS or DHL. All shipping rates are live rates from each carrier with an approximate transit time provided prior to your shipping selection.

A tracking number will be sent to the email you provided during check out. Horse Gear Canada Ltd shall not be held responsible for delayed or lost shipments. Please be aware that import fees and taxes are never included in the shipping quotes as these amounts are determined by customs once the package enters the destination country.

Shipping, Taxes, Duty Fees, Custom Clearing Charges, Additional International Country Fees, and other costs not mentioned, of saddle from Horse Gear Canada Ltd. are the responsibility of the purchaser, not Horse Gear Canada Ltd. Horse Gear Canada Ltd. and its associates have no control over additional fees charged to the customer after a package leaves our facility.
