Sensation Ride™ X-Trail Saddle - Premium Model

The X-Trail (Cross Trail) provides all the wonderful weight distributing features of all our other models, plus a very secure seat, while keeping weight and footprint to a minimum.

The X-Trail model combines a English pommel with a western cantle and stylized western fenders.

The rigging flap on the X-Trail keeps the rigging guarded against abrasion. X-Trail flap does not offer knee roll support. 

The Dressage Pommel or Dressage Reduced are the standard options for the X-Trail, with the option to upgrade to Dressage Reduced, Dressage Narrow or the Dressage Reduced Narrowed.

The X-Trail comes standard with our Western Cantle that is 4" in height or can be upgraded to the Dressage Cantle that is 3.5" in height or the Tall Western Cantle that is 4.5" in height. 

The seat on the X-Trail has a pommel forward of the rider, as with our English models, yet a wide supportive cantle behind. Comes with a smooth seat, but for that added grip, we suggest upgrading to the roughed out full seat. X-Trails are measured using English Seat Sizing, ranging from 16" to 18".

The X-Trail comes standard with 2" Stirrup Leathers and X-Trail Fenders. They have velcro attachments on both Stirrup Leathers and Fenders to stay in the correct position and offers the ability to change them to meet the optimum placement for each rider.

Trail rings located at the rear and sides of the seats create attachment areas for cantle packs or water bottle holders for convenience on the trail. Breastplate rings are standard for attaching an English or Western breastplate and carry handle. Each flap has a lower front non-structural and lower rear non-structural ring as well to help hold your saddle bags down and reduce movement. 

The X-Trail is great for hitting the trails.  Comfortable for both horse and rider with many options to customize your saddle to get just that right feel to spend hours under saddle with your equine partner.
